1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the phskt online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content offered through the website located at https://phskt.cam (the "Platform" or "Service").

2.2 Consequences of Underage Gambling

Providing false date-of-birth information during account registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law. If phskt determines at any time that a player is or was underage at the time of account creation or gaming activity, phskt will:

• Immediately suspend the account and prevent all further access to the Platform;
• Void all gameplay, bets, and winnings that occurred while the player was underage;

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phskt accepts deposits through the following payment methods for Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, and cryptocurrency via USDT where available. All deposits are credited to your phskt account wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) denomination.

phskt reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method and player account status.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phskt account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, corruption, or any form of criminal enterprise. phskt operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Upon account termination for cause, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited, and the player will be permanently barred from creating new accounts on the phskt Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The phskt Platform and all games, services, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phskt, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phskt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall phskt's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you deposited into your phskt account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions
